A Picture A Week

A few weeks ago we went up to the family cabin on Lake Vermillion.  It will always be a magical place from my childhood filled with laughter, running through the woods, and enjoying the lake.  To share such a special place with my children is absolutely priceless.

The power went out late in the afternoon because of a storm.  This allowed me the opportunity to play a bit with the light available.  Lawson was very confused and insisted that we simply "Turn it back on."  I absolutely love how this picture turned out and also love that I did not have to help with this puzzle at all.

I was trying to get a picture of this bear on its' own, but Lawson refused.  It has been around a very LONG time and yet it still is a cabin favorite.  Our packed toys never left the car.
