We are about to enter into a new year. There is excitement and possibility in this season. Before you jump into the long list of things you want to do our change I want you to STOP.

There is this beautiful space right now where you don’t have to fix or change a damn thing. Just allow yourself to be here before you jump into the next week, year, and thing to do. Take some time to reflect on where you are right now. Appreciate all that you have. The body you are in. The things that bring you joy. The things you are grateful for. The fact that you friggin’ made it to the end of 2020 in whatever state you are in. That is a huge accomplishment. That is something to be proud of and sit in.

So before you do anything else, just stop and be in this beautiful space in between.
